WHAT IS THE PFA PROGRAM?

​Coaching - Experienced coaching staff nationally licensed by U.S. Soccer, college, national team, and professional playing experience.

​Training - A Player centric training curriculum and methodology, unique to Paragon and developed over 15 years of club research and success in player development.
​
Competition - Access to high-level competition platforms, maximizing player development opportunities and national exposure.
​
Player Identification - Elite and Premier teams and players attend College ID Camps, Showcase league events, and tournaments to maximize opportunities for college and youth national team recruitment.

Two-team fluidity structure - Elite and Premier teams provide the ability to match opportunities for development and exposure to more players within the club.

To continue our journey to be one of the top clubs in the country by focusing on delivering outstanding player development in the DMV Area that will allow players to succeed at the next levels of college and professional ranks.
By positively impacting its players, Paragon aims to set the standard for elite and competitive environments for youth soccer clubs in the DMV area.
PFA is actively growing its platform to enhance and increase opportunities for our players.
PFA provides a professional player pathway through relationships and partnerships with professional clubs throughout North America and Internationally.
